Non-Breeding Agreement

This agreement coincides with the Health Guarantee Contract. This agreement does not in any way override what is stated in the Health Guarantee Contract.

Herein after referred to as “PUPPY/DOG”

The Limited Registration box on the AKC Registration Application has been checked.

Limited Registration = The Dog is not to be used for breeding. Entry in dog events is restricted.

The above PUPPY/DOG has been purchased on a non-breeding agreement as agreed upon by both BREEDER and BUYER. BUYER has agreed that the PUPPY/DOG is being sold as a family pet first and foremost. The BUYER does not have the right to breed the PUPPY/DOG at any time in its life. The BUYER must spay or neuter the PUPPY/DOG before the age of 9-12 months. The BUYER agrees that they must send the BREEDER a copy of the Spay/Neuter Confirmation signed by the veterinarian that has performed the procedure. If the BUYER fails to comply with the Non-Breeding Agreement and a litter is produced by the PUPPY/DOG, the BUYER understands that the BREEDER will have the intent to pursue suit against the BUYER for the monetary value of each and every puppy produced. The monetary value for each puppy will be equal to the purchase price of the PUPPY/DOG. Purchase Price: _______________________

The Non-Breeding Agreement is a contract used to control the BREEDER’s bloodlines. The Agreement in no way says that the PUPPY/DOG is not of Breeding or Show quality, it is just a precautionary measure the BREEDER takes to protect the breed and the bloodlines.
